These weapons become deadly when used in targeting operations 24/7 of which they are illegal. The technology allows beamed torture, nearby or from miles away. The hope is the victim will snap, commit suicide, act out for entrapment, etc., etc., etc.

I wouldn't doubt it that Lower mainland of B>C has one of these underground facilities. Working with their high ends of satellites from beneath the ground. Why are they not getting caught in high office buildings or technologies of fine furnished computers and staffs. Someone aught to see these guys targeting individuals.
