This video depicts how activist, whistleblowers and victims speaking out are the focus of these operations. The technology today is documented to be portable, handheld, land, sea, drone, cell tower and space-based.
The beam appears to be coming from the direction of the corner house behind me at this moment it seems as I listen to it focusing in the wall. What is funny is that I have factually seen military personnel trying to outrageously disguise themselves, and also criminal looking individuals typically reported to be hired for these malicious efforts as high tech operators of the pain ray likely because of loyalty to an agency who is holding something over their heads and using them making the agency unaccountable. I also saw individuals looking like off-duty cops, and one I remember from 2008, who repeatedly request, using through the wall radar, that I stop what I am doing and they will leave me alone.
The question is, if true, why would anyone want to protect what is known to be a monstrous, well hidden, covert psycho-physical program reported to be secretly destroying human lives? Perhaps that is just the reason why.
