My suggestion is to use the new portable EEG devices while the Electronic Harassment attacks are going on and to document this on video camera. It is only during these types of attacks that you can obtain these types of evidence.

One of our heros, Eleanor White, head mentioned this, among other things, in her website which is currently inactive. I have saved plenty of pages from her old website. I am currently researching some matters related with the claims and I will post them when I am done.

Notwithstanding fact that added info would help in obtaining the requisite evidence, the use of the portable EEG devices, as noted and during these attacks, is highly recommended.

The Communications Industry, because of its usefulness to Finance,Government, Intelligence gathering and Warfare, is really in the position where it is spiralling out of any person’s ability to control it, with regard to advancing technology. Initially, all systems “pulsed.” However, when it was realised that stealth microwave warfare relies on entrainment of a brain from such pulses (now being used as a domestic instrument) the pulses had to be renamed as “modulations.”

The difference between them is infinitesimally small, but the effect is just the same. Only the name has changed. I believe that this explains the dramatic changes in behaviour we are now witnessing - group suicides, disruption in schools, aggression and so on.

Over the years, I have compiled a list of known entrainment responses (followed by long-term potentiation) from these microwaves. It should be appreciated that each person will respond slightly differently, although the same area of brain/temporal/ amygdaloid temporal/parotid/etc., will remain the same.

It is worth mentioning that a mobile phone with a pulse/modulation frequency of 25 could act directly on visual sight (if being held at head), or heartbeat (if in a chest pocket). A frequency of 25 can disrupt both visual and heart neurotransmitters.

I think the problem is that young Governments and young communications engineers have no knowledge of Cold War warfare and don’t know who to ask; even if they did, the Government would probably be in denial. THIS ARTICLE STATES, IN PART:
These mind control technologies have been in place for a long time. It's not an accident that the frequency band chosen for cell phone use just happens to match the second order waves that Wilhelm Reich discovered in the late1940's to effect thought transmission and allow the mind to be manipulated without the victim realizing it. Reich worked on this project secretly for the CIA for over 5 years, from 1947-1952, until he realized who the CIA was planning to use the mind control on -the American people. He was outraged that he was deceived and used for such a treasonous motive and swore never to cooperate with the CIA, FDA, etc. again.

Reich was covertly murdered in Federal prison in 1957, just a few weeks before he was due to be released, having been in prison for 2 years on a trumped up charge leading to a contempt of court citation. He was reported to have had a 'heart attack'. He was strong as an ox. He was murdered two weeks before his parole board hearing. His last book, written in prison, was found to be 'missing' after his death and never returned to his family.

A method was discovered to disable these ELF towers from exerting their mind control functions by placing a simple device known as an orgone generator within a radius of 1,300 feet of these towers. These microwave towers are used in conjunction with HAARP based technology to not only affect subliminal mind control influences, but also to control the weather (currently {2007}, the creation of artificially induced drought conditions are also greatly influenced by the population-reduction chemtrail spraying operations which take place daily over the skies in America and in many other countries) .

Patrick Flannagan also recorded an interview with talk show host Jeff Rense on June 30, 2003 and offered important insights on how to counter electronic mind control being beamed to us from the electric wiring within our homes and from microwave towers (promising information that should be studied).

Abstract
The beam profiles of pulsed lasers are currently measured using either complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) or charge coupled device (CCD) cameras. Despite providing high-resolution beam profiles, these devices cannot work with high power lasers. If additional optical attenuators are used, beam distortions may occur. In this paper we demonstrate a high-resolution photoacoustic technique capable of measuring the beam profile of pulsed lasers. The beam profiles of a pulsed neodymium-doped yttrium aluminium garnet (Nd:YAG) laser and a pulsed optical parametric oscillator (OPO) laser system were measured using a polydimethylsiloxane film and a single element high-frequency ultrasonic transducer. The advantages and limitations of the developed photoacoustic technique are discussed.

Abstract
A simple, low-cost, portable, smartphone-based laser beam profiler for characterizing laser beam profiles is reported. The beam profiler utilizes a phosphor silica glass plate to convert UV light into visible (green) light that can be directly imaged onto an existing smartphone CMOS chip and analyzed using a customized app. 3D printing enables the ready fabrication of the instrument package. The beam's diameter, shape, divergence, beam quality factor, and output power are measured for two UV lasers: a CW 244 nm frequency-doubled Ar ion laser and a pulsed 193 nm ArF exciplex laser. The availability of specialized phosphor converters can extend the instrument from the UV to the near infrared and beyond, and the smartphone platform extends the Internet of Things to map laser beam profiles simultaneously in different locations.

In minutes when I fire up my laptop, shortly after the pain to my eye is very intense. At first, I had to check and double check to see if the instant pain, tearing and blurred vision was the result of, and coming from the webcam. They also beam your eyes other ways which feels like a nerve is pinched in the eye briefly. It is. When I adjust the webcam so that it is not at eye level, the intentional blinding and burning sensation stops.
