There is a good reason why official "COVERT KILL" unified as a modernized COINTELPRO, by official criminals continues to destroy untold number's secretly. These weapons produce "slow kill" and "soft kill" results with no accountability. The users are also detached from the kill because the weapons are beamed.
These weapons are now legally in the hands of Federal, state and local agencies, unified with military technology, and sadly, takes heinous corruption to a whole new level.
There is also a good reason why specific types, are hired for these positions. Those with empathy, compassion and consciousness have long left the building.
