The U S Government is using weapons that can control our minds and out weather. Russsia is complaining of psychotronic weapons and of earthquakes in Crimea. In the midst of a supposed shut down of HAARP in Alsaka, the U S government brings out a more mobile and highly advanced weapon to take its place.
