I heard of it but let us see if they enforce it. The USA is very good at putting Laws on the books for Propaganda purposes and in order to look good and righteous

This is evinced by the long list of unenforced Laws which coincidentally would serve to expose anti-government information as well as corrupt and illegal government deeds and actions....

I am guessing that this Law would be placed, hence flagged, on the list of Laws that should not be enforced.

Permitting the enforcement of this Law would conflict with their behind the scenes prohibition of its exposure by means including, and not limited to, instructing the Medical and Psychiatric Professionals to attribute fabricated Mental Disorders onto any individuals who do make claims warranting the enforcement of this type of Law.

That is just my humble and Constitutionally protected fact based opinion
