7/29/2018, 11:31 a.m. - The Los Angeles downtown satellite/drone division, unified with personnel from a base nearby are both operating two drones positioned over my house clearly seen at night. This morning they are, yet again, cooking my heart muscle toned down a bit by using beamed ELF (extremely low frequency) laser focus.
Last night, I woke in the wee hours with my left knee under full attack. I am now documenting that my knees are being cooked likely for hopeful knee replacements.
The way this program is structured by, these official order followers, working in 8-house shifts around the clock, is so THEY have plenty of time to slow cook tissue, organs, and joints over a period of time until the target dies.
The operation is spearheaded by the JRIC, counter-terrorism division in Norwalk, California unifying the effort.

L’individuo in seguito al comportamento viene torturato con tecnologia satellitare a microonde con le quali studiano le reazioni psico/fisiche. Si tratta di ipertermia, ipotermia, acufeni, movimenti involontari di ogni parte del corpo, elettrochoc, stupri sessuali con particolare predilezione per gli stupri anali. Il tutto viene accompagnato da un crudele stalking sociale organizzato in cui il popolo è stato trasformato in manovalanza da questi criminali che senza di esso non potrebbero certo agire. Lo scopo è quello di ottenere un controllo assoluto sul comportamento di un individuo e un positivo lavaggio del cervello che consentirà di riprogrammare indole e personalità di qualsiasi individuo con lo scopo della “schiavizzazione” e dell’appiattimento sociale. Quello a cui stiamo assistendo è la costituzione di “campi di concentramento a cielo aperto” sotto l’apparenza mediatica della democrazia. Invece dei lager l’individuo viene tenuto inconsapevolmente “prigioniero” in una camera “psionica” nonostante viva nel suo contesto domestico e sociale. In pratica viene monitorato, studiato e seviziato tramite computer con l’ausilio di onde elettromagnetiche. Invece dei “forni crematori” vengono utilizzate ARMI ad ENERGIA DIRETTA che tramite la “mappatura cerebrale” del singolo individuo sono in grado di “colpire” solo il “bersaglio” con una precisione infinitesimale visto che è in grado di individuare un granello di sabbia.
Ci troviamo di fronte ad un CRIMINE ormai ISTITUZIONALIZZATO, alla FOLLIA di MASSA, alla DISTRUZIONE più CRUDELE, PERVERSA e DISUMANA dei DIRITTI più ELEMENTARI e SACRI della vita PRIVATA e della LIBERTA’ di VITA e di PENSIERO. Sembra si tratti di circuiti internazionali in cui vengono inserite le vittime in genere in seguito a vendette personali per torturarle, tramite un progetto di sperimentazione, con il fine ultimo della morte diretta o per sfinimento psico-fisico. I criminali sono medici, professori, scienziati, militari, magistrati, servizi segreti, radio, televisioni, giornalisti, paparazzi... : un Potere nero occulto. Esseri senza alcun senso di reato, crimine, violazione della vita privata e dei più elementari diritti umani. Ci troviamo di fronte a bestie, mostri che hanno trasformato il tessuto sociale a loro piacimento creando altrettanti esseri cinici e depravati nel popolo fagocitato: sono i “Mengele” del 2000.
Le vittime aumentano di giorno in giorno e chiedono l’intervento di tutte le Istituzioni di competenza e di tutti gli abitanti della terra perché quello che sta succedendo oggi a noi domani verrà utilizzato molto presto su scala mondiale. L’art.13 comma ⁴: La libertà personale è inviolabile. Non è ammessa forma alcuna di detenzione, di ispezione o perquisizione personale, né qualsiasi altra restrizione della libertà personale se non per atto motivato dall’autorità giudiziaria e modi previsti dalla legge

Greg: Okay, now, before I get to some more, I want to put out that call for people to call. I got a couple emails. A lot of times Tis don’t want to go public. And they’ve sent me some emails. I want to get to one in a minute. But one question I have for you is, how can people gather evidence to support their beliefs that this is happening to them? Many people will say, well it’s only a lack of sleep. I mean, you have a sleep disorder. Maybe there’s a problem with your joints, I don’t know. It could be anything that the answers are when you suspect you’re being targeted. What kind of evidence do you tell people to gather to support their beliefs that this is actually happening to them.
Julianne: Well, when you’re gathering evidence, obviously you have an objective in mind and that generally is legal. What you want to do with that evidence. There’s really nothing you can do with it. So in the absence of that, the main thing is to try to protect yourself and to alleviate the pain that you’re experiencing. Collecting the evidence, if you were to go to, frankly, I’d strongly recommend that you keep your faculties together and avoid going to see psychiatrists and psychologists, because the pattern that is evolving is that they are highly complicit of these operations.
And if you go to a medical doctor, you do not talk about it because medical doctors, many, are also involved. What you do when you see a doctor is that you define your symptoms and get a very clear statement that, “well, we can’t figure this out”. Well, that’s a clear indication that it is not indigenous, it’s not part of your system. It’s not coming from within you, so obviously something is happening from outside. If they prescribe drugs and yet can’t find the ecology, the basis for your disease, don’t take those drugs.

FAILURE OF "ESTABLISHMENT" SUPPORT SYSTEMS
Those individuals who have tried to resolve their respective situations through resort to "establishment" channels have invariably encountered the following:
* Apathy, indifference and/or professed helplessness on the part of members of Congress and state legislatures.
* Dismissal and/or attempted discrediting by psychiatrists who refuse to exclude the terms, "government harassment, "mind-control experimentation" and "torture" in their vocabulary.
Several individuals, thinking that psychiatrists might help to alleviate the extreme stress associated with their harassment, were accorded 'treatment' which clearly pointed to cooperation between their psychiatrists and members of the U.S. intelligence community. One such psychiatrist, in fact, bragged about being a member of the U.S. Intelligence 'inner circle', informing our contact that her harassment was a 'Pavlovian Experiment’, intended to "break" her.
* Lack of interest, courage and/or competency in legal circles.
Few of those in contact with us have been able to acquire legal assistance - not helped by their straitened financial circumstances. Most have found that few attorneys are willing to risk their careers by pursuing cases involving what is believed to be government-sponsored harassment and experimentation.
A few attorneys reportedly engaged in egregious violation of codes of professional conduct, in what appear to have been deliberate efforts at sabotaging our contacts' cases. Subsequent attempts by two individuals at obtaining legal redress were met with stonewalling, obstruction, and high-level denials of wrongdoing.
* Refusal of mass media to address this topic, except in those cases where suspected experimentees have been driven to the point of committing murder or suicide.
Such cases (particularly where an individual has claimed to be the victim of CIA-directed mind-control involving auditory input) are treated by the press as "curiosities". An example of this is the individual who shot a Navy officer outside the Pentagon in mid-1991 (The Washington Post, June 1, 1991, p. C-1 ["Voices" Led to Tragedy for 1 Man/Pentagon Suspect's Mother Says 'Institutions Should Have Held Son'] and December 14, 1991 p. D-3 ['Suspect in Pentagon Killing Is Found Unfit to Stand Trial"[). He claimed to be a victim of CIA mind control, involving auditory input. According to the press, "he worried 'about being run over by trains'..." (last incident described in following paragraph). He is now permanently residing in a psychiatric facility. He, being institutionalized, and others in the preliminary stages of his predicament are no longer of interest to the media.
Another recent case which received short-lived press attention involved a woman diagnosed as having "suffered from periods of confusion' who climbed over a fence onto a railroad track and walked into an oncoming train. Because the incident occurred in a community in which an unusually large number of these mind-control experiments have been reported, we are looking into the situation. The woman was reportedly 'under a physician's care' because of her 'periods of confusion'. A family member described the physician to this investigator as 'a psychiatrist'. We find that the alleged 'psychiatrist' is a General Practitioner, otherwise non-accredited, practicing out of his home. We find also that the suicide may have been witnessed under peculiarly-timed circumstances by an alleged ‘homeless' person who has since disappeared. Needless to say, our interest has been whetted.
* Refusal and/or inability of local police to intervene.
The tendency of local police is to dismiss an individual's complaints of government harassment as the ravings of a 'fruit-cake". In one case, discussed above, it is apparent that one police officer is actively cooperating in the harassment. Some police agencies, while acknowledging the reality of the situation, hesitate to intervene in cases involving what they believe to be U.S. Intelligence. On a few occasions, certain police officials did attempt to intervene, based on what they perceived to be evidence of a systematic harassment/illegal surveillance campaign. Absent a clear mandate to prosecute 'stalkers’ acting under the aegis of U.S. Intelligence, the police obviously have their hands tied.
* Refusal of the FBI to intervene in any of the cases brought to our attention, thus far.
FBI spokesmen do acknowledge that they have received a large number of requests for assistance from "mentally disturbed persons" who believe that they are being 'zapped by radio waves’ and/or "are hearing voices"..."from Mars, that is."
In one case, an FBI spokesman reacted in an angry, defensive and bizarre fashion when our contact briefly alluded to PROJECT SLAMMER as possibly being related to her surveillance. (PROJECT SLAMMER is a CIA-funded study, managed by CIA and FBI behavioral scientists, which explores the 'mental make-up' of alleged security risks, along with their family members and close associates. Participants in PROJECT SLAMMER include NSA, DIA, and Army, Navy and Air Force Intelligence.)
Until PROJECT SLAMMER was mentioned, the FBI spokesman's approach in this case was to politely and redundantly explain that the law, as currently constructed, prevents the FBI's intervening in this individual's case. When she briefly pointed out that the surveillance activities might fall under the purview of PROJECT SLAMMER, the spokesman's response was to abruptly and angrily declaim, "You don't know who is conducting that surveillance. You don't know if that is a state police surveillance... or a local police surveillance. It could be a totally unrelated operation. You don't know who is conducting that surveillance [etc., etc.]" It was apparent from this response that the FBI was at least acknowledging the existence of a surveillance, if in somewhat emotional fashion. The individual in question subsequently furnished acquired evidence to the local police, who made it clear that they are not participants in the surveillance which, based on the evidence, pointedly suggests that our contact is the target.
* Refusal or inability of the ACLU and Amnesty International to intervene.
Both organizations acknowledge receiving many complaints from persons claiming to be the targets of some type of electronic harassment. An ACLU spokeswoman characterized the complainants as appearing to be rational, except in a few cases. The complaints are not being investigated, she said, because of ‘limited resources'. We have to wonder, of course, why the ACLU could recently find resources to defend the rights of prostitutes and the Ku Klux Klan, yet remains incapable of intervening in cases such as we are now pursuing.
Amnesty International recently informed one of our contacts that they could not intervene in her case because their focus is on the U.S. Government's treatment of prison inmates. While incarceration does appear to be one sought-for objective in these harassment/mind-control experiments, we would like to think that protections by such organizations as Amnesty International can be achieved beforehand.

FAILURE OF "ESTABLISHMENT" SUPPORT SYSTEMS
Those individuals who have tried to resolve their respective situations through resort to "establishment" channels have invariably encountered the following:
* Apathy, indifference and/or professed helplessness on the part of members of Congress and state legislatures.
* Dismissal and/or attempted discrediting by psychiatrists who refuse to exclude the terms, "government harassment, "mind-control experimentation" and "torture" in their vocabulary.
Several individuals, thinking that psychiatrists might help to alleviate the extreme stress associated with their harassment, were accorded 'treatment' which clearly pointed to cooperation between their psychiatrists and members of the U.S. intelligence community. One such psychiatrist, in fact, bragged about being a member of the U.S. Intelligence 'inner circle', informing our contact that her harassment was a 'Pavlovian Experiment’, intended to "break" her.
* Lack of interest, courage and/or competency in legal circles.
Few of those in contact with us have been able to acquire legal assistance - not helped by their straitened financial circumstances. Most have found that few attorneys are willing to risk their careers by pursuing cases involving what is believed to be government-sponsored harassment and experimentation.
A few attorneys reportedly engaged in egregious violation of codes of professional conduct, in what appear to have been deliberate efforts at sabotaging our contacts' cases. Subsequent attempts by two individuals at obtaining legal redress were met with stonewalling, obstruction, and high-level denials of wrongdoing.
* Refusal of mass media to address this topic, except in those cases where suspected experimentees have been driven to the point of committing murder or suicide.
Such cases (particularly where an individual has claimed to be the victim of CIA-directed mind-control involving auditory input) are treated by the press as "curiosities". An example of this is the individual who shot a Navy officer outside the Pentagon in mid-1991 (The Washington Post, June 1, 1991, p. C-1 ["Voices" Led to Tragedy for 1 Man/Pentagon Suspect's Mother Says 'Institutions Should Have Held Son'] and December 14, 1991 p. D-3 ['Suspect in Pentagon Killing Is Found Unfit to Stand Trial"[). He claimed to be a victim of CIA mind control, involving auditory input. According to the press, "he worried 'about being run over by trains'..." (last incident described in following paragraph). He is now permanently residing in a psychiatric facility. He, being institutionalized, and others in the preliminary stages of his predicament are no longer of interest to the media.
Another recent case which received short-lived press attention involved a woman diagnosed as having "suffered from periods of confusion' who climbed over a fence onto a railroad track and walked into an oncoming train. Because the incident occurred in a community in which an unusually large number of these mind-control experiments have been reported, we are looking into the situation. The woman was reportedly 'under a physician's care' because of her 'periods of confusion'. A family member described the physician to this investigator as 'a psychiatrist'. We find that the alleged 'psychiatrist' is a General Practitioner, otherwise non-accredited, practicing out of his home. We find also that the suicide may have been witnessed under peculiarly-timed circumstances by an alleged ‘homeless' person who has since disappeared. Needless to say, our interest has been whetted.
* Refusal and/or inability of local police to intervene.
The tendency of local police is to dismiss an individual's complaints of government harassment as the ravings of a 'fruit-cake". In one case, discussed above, it is apparent that one police officer is actively cooperating in the harassment. Some police agencies, while acknowledging the reality of the situation, hesitate to intervene in cases involving what they believe to be U.S. Intelligence. On a few occasions, certain police officials did attempt to intervene, based on what they perceived to be evidence of a systematic harassment/illegal surveillance campaign. Absent a clear mandate to prosecute 'stalkers’ acting under the aegis of U.S. Intelligence, the police obviously have their hands tied.
* Refusal of the FBI to intervene in any of the cases brought to our attention, thus far.
FBI spokesmen do acknowledge that they have received a large number of requests for assistance from "mentally disturbed persons" who believe that they are being 'zapped by radio waves’ and/or "are hearing voices"..."from Mars, that is."
In one case, an FBI spokesman reacted in an angry, defensive and bizarre fashion when our contact briefly alluded to PROJECT SLAMMER as possibly being related to her surveillance. (PROJECT SLAMMER is a CIA-funded study, managed by CIA and FBI behavioral scientists, which explores the 'mental make-up' of alleged security risks, along with their family members and close associates. Participants in PROJECT SLAMMER include NSA, DIA, and Army, Navy and Air Force Intelligence.)
Until PROJECT SLAMMER was mentioned, the FBI spokesman's approach in this case was to politely and redundantly explain that the law, as currently constructed, prevents the FBI's intervening in this individual's case. When she briefly pointed out that the surveillance activities might fall under the purview of PROJECT SLAMMER, the spokesman's response was to abruptly and angrily declaim, "You don't know who is conducting that surveillance. You don't know if that is a state police surveillance... or a local police surveillance. It could be a totally unrelated operation. You don't know who is conducting that surveillance [etc., etc.]" It was apparent from this response that the FBI was at least acknowledging the existence of a surveillance, if in somewhat emotional fashion. The individual in question subsequently furnished acquired evidence to the local police, who made it clear that they are not participants in the surveillance which, based on the evidence, pointedly suggests that our contact is the target.
* Refusal or inability of the ACLU and Amnesty International to intervene.
Both organizations acknowledge receiving many complaints from persons claiming to be the targets of some type of electronic harassment. An ACLU spokeswoman characterized the complainants as appearing to be rational, except in a few cases. The complaints are not being investigated, she said, because of ‘limited resources'. We have to wonder, of course, why the ACLU could recently find resources to defend the rights of prostitutes and the Ku Klux Klan, yet remains incapable of intervening in cases such as we are now pursuing.
Amnesty International recently informed one of our contacts that they could not intervene in her case because their focus is on the U.S. Government's treatment of prison inmates. While incarceration does appear to be one sought-for objective in these harassment/mind-control experiments, we would like to think that protections by such organizations as Amnesty International can be achieved beforehand.

Body-to-Body Wearable Wireless
Networks—A Connectivity Perspective

Abstract: Wearable wireless networks (WWNs) offer innovative ways to connect humans and/or objects anywhere, anytime, within an infinite variety of applications. WWNs include three levels of communications: on-body, body-to-body and off-body communication. Successful communication in on-body and body-to-body networks is often challenging due to ultra-low power consumption,
processing and storage capabilities, which have a significant impact on the achievable throughput and packet reception ratio as well as latency.
Consequently, all these factors make it difficult to opt for an appropriate technology to optimize communication performance, which predominantly depends on the given application. In particular, this work emphasizes the impact of coarse-grain factors (such as dynamic and diverse mobility, radio-link and signal propagation, interference management, data dissemination schemes, and routing approaches) directly affecting the communication performance in WWNs. Experiments have been performed on a real testbed to investigate
the connectivity behavior on two wireless communication levels: on-body and body-to-body.
It is concluded that by considering the impact of above-mentioned factors, the general perception of using specific technologies may not be correct. Indeed, for on-body communication, by using the IEEE 802.15.6 standard (which is specifically designed for on-body communication), it is observed that while operating at low transmission power under realistic conditions, the connectivity can be significantly low, thus, the transmission power has to be tuned carefully. Similarly, for body-to-body communication in an indoor environment, WiFi IEEE 802.11n also has a high threshold of end-to-end disconnections beyond two hops (approximately 25 m). Therefore, these facts promote the use
of novel technologies such as 802.11ac, NarrowBand-IoT (NB-IoT) etc. as possible candidates for body-to-body communications as a part of the Internet of humans concept.

A large source of dangerous EM radiation comes in the form of microwaves emitted by cell phone towers.
From personal experimentation, and hearing the experiences of others, I am convinced that microwave pollution and intentional targeting can muddle thoughts, induce fatigue, reduce willpower, and maybe even subliminally implant thoughts or entrain emotional states.
